When you sign up for a station, we collect the name and email address you provide, along with details you submit through our station setup form (organization name, domain preference, phone number, branding preferences, and similar setup information). We do not collect or store your payment card details directly; those are handled by Stripe, our payment processor.
We rely on third-party services to operate the Platform, including:
Your station's dashboard may collect information from your own hosts, co-hosts, and listeners (such as song submissions or ad bookings). You, as the station owner, are the data controller for that information; you are responsible for handling it in compliance with applicable privacy law for your audience.
We retain account and station information for as long as your station is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and record-keeping purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our care, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
